Where can I find material and care information?
Check the individual product description for available material and care details. For clothing, follow the care label supplied with your item. If a detail you need is missing, email support@boliano.shop before ordering.
How do I choose my size?

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Some of our products include a manufacturer warranty. Please refer to the individual product listing for warranty details.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only, across all 50 states.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders, no minimum purchase required.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 8 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Returns & refunds
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Please contact us at support@boliano.shop to initiate a return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.
